Scalable Coach
Merel is a business coach and helps coaches and entrepreneurs with successful launches and scaling. This means a huge number of systems, tools, and processes that need to work seamlessly together. Sound familiar? A growing company needs someone to manage everything behind the scenes, so you can focus on your clients.
I've been working as a VA for Merel since September 2024. I manage everything from email and calendaring to building complete website pages in Kajabi for her and her clients. I also set up all automations between Kajabi, Plug & Pay, Zapier, and ManyChat, ensuring everything works seamlessly. We use Asana to track all work systematically. I also create automations in Airtable, so new clients are automatically added and receive a welcome package. I teach her community about Kajabi, answer all technical questions, and help her clients with Kajabi, Plug & Pay, Webinargeek, Zapier, ManyChat, Mailblue, and all the integrations between them. I also create sales pages, set up Plug & Pay, and help with social media and visuals. I even got to help her with her book launch and the event—it was awesome!
Merel sends me a short Loom or voice memo with what she's come up with or plans to do, and I make sure everything is technically and visually organized. We understand each other with just a few words. Merel has grown tremendously in recent years, and it's incredibly inspiring to be part of that success.
